I like to use really fine and long Milliner’s needles but it would appear that I’m not very kind to them. These ones are destined for the bin. Is there a solution to bending needles? I know it’s not thicker or stronger because I’ve had a certain famous brand and the tips snap off which is worse. It must be the way I use them i suppose.
On a bender – a needle bender that is.

No it not just you I have milliners needles that I use for epp and mine have a bend in the too
But you’re not supposed to throw them away! You are supposed to revere them for their hard work, as in the Japanese Hari-Kuyo ceremony! http://www.temarikai.com/ThingsJapanese/HarikuyoNeedleFestival.html I’ve never done it, but it sounds like a very nice tradition. I wish I had your patience with hand stitching…..sigh.

What an interesting tradition! Poor needles. They are now in the local tip. 😦
I do the same thing to needles.
It seems we all do that! Welcome to the bender group!
You really should stop sewing so hard! Seriously though, it is very annoying … =D
