Only one more to go after this one and sorry but no, the flowers are not for you, they’re mine. 🙂 Aren’t they lovely? They’re part of the birthday present my lovely husband gave me.
Here’s today’s give-away. Two fat quarters from my stash.
Today all you have to do is leave me a comment telling me your favourite fabric store and I’ll pick a winner.
Ballarat Patchwork, run by the talented Emma Jansen. It’s beautifully set out. Lots of samples that Emma sews herself. Great colour schemes and loads of inspiration.
My LQS here in Utah. Friendly and plenty of selection for me.
My all time favorite is the current one I am in actually! I enjoy many and they all have their own character and specialities. The most recent one was “Sew many Treasures” in Vt. and it was lovely!
Your flower are BEAUTIFUL ! my favorite is an LQS about 15 miles from me ; TONS of blots of fabrics and you can roam in the backroom and look at all the pretty fabrics (and touch them) and see a lot of pretties people have made !!! thanks for another CHANCE !!!
I’d have to say my favorite close enough to get there in a reasonable amount of time shop is Pennington Quiltworks. So bright and airy and full of fabulous fabric.
My current favorite in Melbourne is “Patch work with Gail B” with her 1000`s of fat 1/4s to choose from, the large airy shop, & helpful staff
My favorite LQS is The Suwannee Valley Quilt Shop located in Trenton, Florida, USA. The staff are helpful. The shop has ambience as is in a renovated historical Coca-Cola bottling building. Of course, the fabric, books, and notions are cool too.
my favorite was Patchwork Penguin in CA … we moved recently and the one here isn’t very fantastic with choices, lighting, or classes, etc.
Hetties Patch in Adelaide is my favourite fabric store, really helpful staff, wonderful displays, heaps of fabrics and plenty of room to browse around, what more could you ask for 🙂
Probably my favorite fabric store is my LQS Heart Song Quilts, in Hot Springs SD. We have waited so long to have one and they even feature a line of Australian fabric. They are online too. heartsongquilts.com Before we had Heart Song Quilts I mostly shopped online at Bighorn Quilts.
Catherine’s Place and Craft Depot
Happy Birthday! 🙂
My favourite store would have to be Patchwork Coffee on Main in Boolaroo, but my favourite on-line stores are e-Quilter in the USA and Unique Stitching in Australia.
The Blanket Box in Geelong. Zoe always has new projects to do every time I visit and I love going to the sit and sew friendship groups, just to have a whole quilting day.
I do most of my shopping here at Hobby Lobby. The LQS is very pricey, and Hancock is a mess. My online store is Connecting Threads for thread.
Happy Birthday wishes continue. Your followers are beautiful. I would love a chance to win the two fat quarters.
I like Sauder’s.
I don’t have a favorite, as we only have 1 little sewing store that is so overpriced that you can’t even buy a pkg of 5 needles for under $10. So, I buy fabric at our thrift stores – most of the time they have great fabric at great prices. I also shopped last year at JoAnn’s (first time) in Kissimmee, FL (when I was there with hubby for a convention) and had 1/2 a suitcase of fabric to bring home… And I shop for fabric on ebay when I’m looking for a specific print. We use to have 2 large fabric stores but they both closed… So fabric shopping is challenging for me way up here in Western Canada… 🙂 Thanks for a chance to win your giveaway! I love the swirl fabric!!
I am very fortunate in the St. Louis area to have an abundance of fabric and quilt shops to browse in… now if I only had more time to sew! At the moment the favorite is Jackman’s but also love the shops in St. Charles.
Thanks for a chance at all of the giveaways…
My favorite place to get fabrics isn’t a fabric store; it’s more surplus salvage, but my they have wonderful fabrics…designer ones too! Use to be $3 was the standard per yard, but that is going up to $4-5, but that is still a deal with designer fabs. Maine has a bunch of these stores called Marden’s, but they don’t all carry fabric.
My favorite place to look at fabric is Marie Madeline. Though most of my fabric shopping takes place at Joanns!
blessed.mama4 at yahoo.com.
I just love fabric stores! My all-time favourite is sadly no longer around. It was Michael’s Corner Store in Melbourne – 7 floors of fabrics, all sorts of hidden gems to find.
Happy Birthday! My favorite place to shop (online) is Connecting Threads!
