It seems like ages since I’ve been able to do any sewing. I’ve been machine piecing a very complicated block for Bee in Oz. It’s supposed to look like this when it’s finished but bigger. At the moment it looks like this:
Just three seams to go and it’ll be finished, I can tell you there has been a fair bit of unpicking happening with this one!
On the hand sewing front, I have been piecing the “In a Spin” quilt top and have now completed five rows. I’m really happy with the way this is taking shape.

That block got a fair bit of reverse sewing in my house too! I managed to finish it OK but it was a challenge!
Love the hand piecing you have been doing. It will be a very colourful quilt when finished.
I love the In the Spin blocks. Just how do you do that block??? lol
Both quilts are lovely, I love the spin, it is alive.
